  • Take advantage of our vast experience by completing our thorough Get Started Checklist. It is the best way to ensure no stone is left unturned.

  • It's time to get started! First, let's review and complete your preparation guide. This document helps us learn about your needs and goals while serving as an agreement on strategy. All projects have a schedule, and we'll work with you to customize it as needed.

    This kickoff helps establish a rhythm for

    2. Competitive landscape analysis

    4. Content strategy adjustments

    Lastly, we'll confirm your site structure and fill in any gaps in technology.

  • This process can be technical. We're looking for XML or CSV files of your existing pages/content.

    Many brands want to execute this step internally, and that's fine. However, we are happy to help if you do not have technical resources to assist you. All we need is an invite to be an admin for your current site. Then, we'll export what is needed and exit.

  • It's time to roll up our sleeves and put everything we've learned about you and your business to good use. There are a few steps here:

  • On this critical call, we walk you through the site and CMS and introduce you to the workflow. Then, after making any final tweaks, we assist you in connecting any additional third-party applications such as Google Analytics, Google My Business, Instagram, Facebook, Quickbooks, ShipStation, and the like.

  • It is time to get started. Wait, what? It's true. Typically, when it's time to update the domain DNS records and make a new website live, the web design and development team's job is done. We, like you, are just getting started at working to make your business a success.
